Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our treats are made in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or special launches.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Carrier Delays
Chew Cheer Chow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

If your tracking shows your package is in transit or delayed, we kindly ask for your patience while the carrier completes delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Chew Cheer Chow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If an order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Chew Cheer Chow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
