Returns on Edible Products

Because our treats are edible and made for pets, we’re unable to accept physical returns. This helps us maintain the highest standards of safety and quality for all dogs.


Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If your dog isn’t loving their Chew Cheer Chow treats, please reach out—we truly want to help.

While we’re unable to offer traditional refunds, we will work with you to find a solution that feels fair, which may include:

  • A replacement product, or

  • Store credit for a future purchase

To help us assist you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the concern

  • Photos of the product, if applicable

This guarantee is intended for first-time purchases and does not apply to products that have been fully consumed.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Once reviewed, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or store credit.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you’re unable to locate it, we recommend:

  • Checking around your property or with neighbors

  • Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number

While we’re not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re always happy to help guide you through next steps.


Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions. These situations are outside of our control, but we truly appreciate your patience and understanding.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered processing or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
